We are Old Town Atwater, a non-profit organization representing the Downtown district of Atwater. Our members are committed to seeking the very opportunities throughout, within downtown to support the community beyond. This year we have undertaken the fruition of Atwater 3rd Annual Ice Skating Rink, in a grand-scale orchestration of full-time operations which require many, many participants to execute properly.
